Alesya Tüzün is a chemical engineer with expertise in project management, business development, and quality systems within the mining and laboratory industries. She currently leads the analytical laboratory branch in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Previously, Alesya held roles in Türkiye with Argetest and Yılmaden Holding, managing laboratory and mineral processing projects. She holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental Chemistry from Middle East Technical University.

With hands-on experience across Central Asia, Türkiye, and the Caucasus, Alesya brings a unique regional perspective to mining project development, laboratory operations, and quality assurance.
