Higher education: graduated from Tashkent Financial Institute in 2007, and from Koryo University (Republic of Korea) in 2021. Specialty — accounting and audit, financial and tax policy. He started his career in 2010. He worked in the academic sector, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, the Ministry of Mining and Geology. Since 2024, he has been the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Almalyk MMC JSC. Responsible for financial sustainability, budgeting, digital transformation and performance discipline.
