Higher education: graduated from Navoi State Mining and Metallurgical University in 2014 with a degree in Metallurgy, and graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University (Master`s degree) in 2025. Since 2014, he has been working for Almalyk MMC JSC: he worked his way up from an occupational safety engineer to the head of the Department of Occupational Safety and Health at the CHMZ. Since 2024, he has been a leading specialist, and then Head of the Department of Sustainable Development (ESG) at the Central Office. He is responsible for preparing GRI reports, interacting with Big4 and rating agencies, developing a climate strategy and ESG transformation.
