Timur Khikmatullaev has experience in international relations, investment projects, and organizational development across public institutions and international programs. He has worked with the World Bank, the Ministry of Innovative Development, the International Organization of Migration, and the US Embassy in Tashkent in roles focused on coordination, project management, and external cooperation. Since December 2024, he has served as Special Envoy to the Chairman and Head of Science and Technical Development at TMK (Uzbekistan Technological Metals Complex), working on partnerships, academic cooperation, and integration with industry associations. He holds a MBA and PhD in Management, and speaks Uzbek, Russian, and English.
