Record growth again. The Central Bank of Uzbekistan updated gold prices

Uzbekistan, Tashkent - AN Podrobno.uz. The precious metals market in Uzbekistan on Wednesday, September 17, again demonstrated rapid growth. The historical maximum has been updated already 30 times from January of this year, the correspondent Podrobno.uz reports.

According to the Central Bank, on the current day the price of one gram of gold is 1,510,660 soums. The daily increase was 0.36 %.

Thus, a standard ingot with a face value of 5 grams is now estimated at 7.5 million soums.

Since January 2025, the price of gold increased by 33.4 %. In the annual calculus, the leap amounted to a record 38.3 %.

At the beginning of the month, the price of a five -gram ingot was 7.2 million soums. The most demanded by investors an ingot of 50 grams at that time cost 72.7 million soums. To date, its price has increased to 75.5 million.
